Bradley B. Best, CPA

An honors graduate of the University of Wisconsin- Madison, Bradley has been in public practice since 1999.  Bradley started his career with an international public accounting firm in downtown Milwaukee before coming to work at Andaloro, Smith & Krueger, LLP.  A partner since 2010, Bradley’s experience and expertise is in serving the needs of the small business client in the areas of compilation accounting, tax preparation and tax savings & general business consulting.  

Bradley prides himself on his strong work ethic and attention to the details that matter to your business.  Bradley’s philosophy is that clients are not just the numbers on their balance sheet, but are the people and families behind those numbers.  It is this belief and his passion for assisting closely-held, family-owned businesses that drives him to come along side you and work diligently with you to resolve the problems and confront the issues that keep you awake at night. 

Born and raised in the Milwaukee area, when he is not at the office he enjoys playing softball or spending time being involved with his church.  He also loves to spend time with his wife and two children, probably at a Brewers or Badgers game.


Margaret A. Claudon, CPA

Accounting and tax might sound like boring propositions, but after being in this industry since 1985 Margee believes it never gets old or boring.  Margee gives individual attention to all of her clients no matter how large or small they are.  Margee works mainly with closely held businesses and their owners preparing financial statements, tax projections and income tax returns.  Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop, Sage 50 Accounting (Peachtree) and certified in QuickBooks Online, she is able to help clients with the intricacies of keeping their internal records.  She also has hundreds of individual tax clients that she handles personally. 

Margee graduated from Rockford College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting and is a certified public accountant.  She belongs to Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the National Society of Accountants.  She is one of the founding members and on the board of the non-profit, Bibles On The Move, which distributes bibles locally and around the world.  In her spare time, Margee volunteers at Northbrook Church, enjoys working with the local Hispanic community and travels with a group of volunteers to Esperanza Via orphanage near Puebla, Mexico every year.  She is also the treasurer of the Daniel Boone Conservation League where she greatly enjoys the shooting sports and helping with their different events.   


                                                                                                        
William A. Grantz, CPA

Bill has been working for over thirty five years with closely held businesses and their owners, as well as numerous individual clients.  A life-long Milwaukee area resident, he graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee.  Specializing in tax planning and small business consulting, Bill also has a working knowledge of QuickBooks, Peachtree and AccountEdge accounting software.

Bill is a 1973 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has been in public accounting ever since.  He became a partner in Andaloro, Smith & Krueger, LLP in 1984.  Bill has focused his practice on income tax and advising small businesses.   

Bill serves in leadership positions on several local not-for-profit organizations including the YMCA at Pabst Farms, the Oconomowoc Rotary, the Oconomowoc Scholarship Fund, and the Lutheran Homes in Oconomowoc. 

In his spare time, Bill enjoys backpacking, camping, golfing, bicycling and attending UW hockey games with his family and friends.


                                                                                                        

Kenneth A. Losey, CPA

Ken graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting, in 1982.   He has been with Andaloro Smith & Krueger since May 1983. 

Ken specializes in business and individual tax preparation and planning, financial reporting and accounting services, and assisting clients with QuickBooks software questions.   He enjoys the variety of the work as well as the variety of individual clients and businesses he has served.

Ken is a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA).

In his spare time Ken enjoys spending time with his family and outdoor activities such as bicycling and fishing.
